The Pro Works Story

Pro Works Bidets started in Orem with a simple observation: smart toilets were getting popular fast, but nobody in Utah would install them properly. Plumbers would not touch the electrical. Electricians would not touch the plumbing. Homeowners were stuck coordinating two trades for one toilet.

So we built the company we could not find: one licensed, insured crew that handles the outlet, the flange, the valve, the install, and the haul-away in a single visit. Today we are Utah's only full-service smart toilet installer, with a dedicated full-time install team.

The Standard

Every Visit Runs The Same Playbook

Old toilet out. New flange in. New shut-off valve on the supply line. A dedicated GFCI outlet where the toilet needs it. Then the new unit is set, leveled, sealed, connected, and run through every function while you watch. Two techs, usually under four hours, and your old toilet leaves on our truck.

We built the checklist so the tenth install of the week gets the same care as the first. If anything is not right, we come back and make it right. That is the whole warranty conversation.
