The industry habit is a low teaser price plus surprise line items: the outlet, the flange, the haul-away. We price the whole job up front because that is how we would want to be quoted. Common cost questions:
No. The licensed GFCI outlet install is part of every package price. It is the single most commonly hidden cost in this industry, and we refuse to play that game.
Included. We disconnect, remove, and dispose of your existing toilet as part of every job.
If you already own a smart toilet, our install-only service is quoted by phone and is the most affordable path. If you want the toilet included, Tier 1 at $1,850 is our best entry point, and it is a genuinely good unit, not a compromise.
No travel fees anywhere in our standard service area, which covers Utah County and the Salt Lake Valley.
