The Kohler Fora has become one of Costco's best-selling bathroom upgrades, and for good reason: it is a genuinely premium smart toilet at a warehouse price. But it arrives on a pallet, and it needs a GFCI outlet, a solid flange, and a working shut-off valve. We handle all of it, and we will haul your old toilet away too. Tier 5 is our install-only service: you supply the toilet, we supply everything else. The quote covers the licensed outlet install, flange upgrade, valve upgrade, setup, testing, and disposal of your old unit. One visit and you are done.
First, look behind your toilet: if there is no outlet within reach, you need one, and we install it as part of the job. Second, check your shut-off valve: if it is older than your water heater, it should be replaced while the toilet is out. Third, measure your rough-in (the distance from the wall to the closet bolts): the Fora fits a standard 12-inch rough-in. Not sure about any of these?
