Two licensed techs handle the whole visit. Your old toilet comes out first, then the flange and shut-off valve are replaced with new hardware, and a GFCI-protected outlet goes in behind the bowl so the Horrow T03 has the dedicated, code-compliant power it needs. The unit is set, leveled, sealed, and connected, and we run it through every function before we call it done.
At $1,850 all-in, the Horrow T03 package price is the final number: the toilet, the electrical work, the plumbing hardware, the labor, and the disposal fee are all inside it. Most visits wrap in under four hours, and the only thing left behind is the new toilet.
