Two licensed techs handle the whole visit. Your old toilet comes out first, then the flange and shut-off valve are replaced with new hardware, and a GFCI-protected outlet goes in behind the bowl so the Toto Neorest has the dedicated, code-compliant power it needs. The unit is set, leveled, sealed, and connected, and we run it through every function before we call it done.
Because the Toto Neorest is quoted individually, your number is confirmed before any work begins, and it is all-in: hardware, electrical, plumbing, labor, and haul-away. Most visits wrap in under four hours, and premium units get extra time for calibration and a full feature walkthrough.
